Booking & Reservations

Yes! You can add extra guests, pizzas, goody bags, and other add-ons after your initial booking. We will call you the night before to review number of guests, number of pizzas and any other additional add-ons.

Yes, time changes can often be accommodated depending on availability. Please contact us, via email, as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust your reservation.

You can book online through our reservation system, click the “BOOK NOW” button on our party page. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot.

The Pizza Party package is designed for children 4-5 years old – it is only 2 hours, provides a smaller, mopre controlled amount of the game cards. The cards are restricted from the more expensive games as well. The party favor with the Pizza PAckage is a bottle of bubbles.

The Arcade / Golf / Bowl parties are 2 1/2 hours and require a bit more structure. Remember to take attention span into consideration when booking parties, as bowling require a bit more patience. Mini golf, is black light glow in the dark pirate themed, some younger children do not do as well in that environment. Please note, your birthday child may be confortable in the golf course, but other invited guests may not.

A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your event. We calculate the total based on the actual number of guests that attend.

Our latest party booking is at 6:00 PM on Saturdays, and 4:30 PM on Sundays. This ensures your group has at least one hour after the party before we close for the evening.

Our party room can seat up to 60 children plus 40 adults. The Blacklight Glow-in-the Dark party room has a maximum capacity of 32 kids and 20 adults. For bowling packages, very large groups may be split into two bowling rotations, which we will coordinate with you on the day of the event.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability. The deposit is non-refundable.

Decorations & Setup

Absolutely! And if you find yourself one or two short, we always keep backup goody bags on hand. You can also add pre-made goody bags to your order as an add-on.

Yes! If you’d like to bring your own linens and tableware, please drop them off the night before the party so we can have everything set up and ready for your arrival.

Yes! We actually encourage this. If you are bringing your own tablecloths, plates, or cups, dropping them off the night before allows us to set everything up perfectly for your arrival.

The party host is responsible for bringing the cake (cake, ice cream cake, donuts, cupcakes), the cake knife and candles. City Fun Center will provide the lighter. If you would like to bring balloons, we recommend a big # ballon for your photos, you own personal goody bags are also welcome.

You are welcome to bring table decorations and balloons. You may tape on banner to the plastic walls with painters tape. We do not allow confetti, crazy string, glitter or pinatas.

Our tablecloths are solid blue, which complement our party themed plates, cups, and napkins. If you would like to bring your own plates, cups, and tablecloths, you may do so; we ask that you drop them off the night before so we can set the table for you. Please note our tables are an unusual size, so a standard store-bought tablecloth will work best as a runner or for the side cake table.

Food & Catering

Unfortunately, no outside food except for a baked or ice cream cake is allowed. We offer a variety of add-ons including popcorn, pitchers of soda, and extra pizza that can be added to your package.

Outside food is not permitted, with one exception; you are welcome to bring a baked cake or ice cream cake for the birthday celebration. All other food must be provided through our packages or add-ons.

Yes! Pizza is calculated based on the number of guests in your package. You are welcome to order extra pizzas for additional adults as add-ons.

Yes, you may bring a food item specifically for a child with dietary restrictions. The package will still include pizza for the other guests. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your child’s needs.

We offer cheese and pepperoni pizza. We will discuss your pizza preferences the night before your event to make sure everything is ready for your party.

Group & Private Events

Outside catering is permitted for private events only (when we close to the public). If the venue remains open to the public, no outside food is allowed.

Yes! We can host private group events, corporate parties, meet-ups, and more. Private events may require closing City Fun Center to the public, depending on the size and nature of your event.

Group event pricing is typically priced per person with a minimum guest count. The best option depends on whether your group will be paying individually or as a whole. Contact us with your event details and we’ll create a custom quote.

Party Packages & Pricing

Additional children beyond your package count can be added for a per-person fee. We recommend confirming your final guest count in advance. If you need to manage RSVPs, feel free to let us know and we can help you set expectations with your guests.

We do not offer packages smaller than our standard Pizza Party, which covers 10 kids and 2 adults. If your group is smaller, the package pricing remains the same; your guests will simply enjoy more game cards and fun!

Additional adults beyond those included in your package are charged at a small per-person rate; this covers drinks, popcorn, paper goods and room large enough to accommodate both the seated part guests as well as the attending adults.

Popular add-ons include: – Extra whole pizzas (cheese or pepperoni) – Mozzarella Sticks – French Fries – Tater Tots – Chicken Tenders – Nachos platter (with cheese and jalapenos) – Cookie platter – Cookie platter – Extra game cards

Our packages are priced per package, not per individual child. If you have fewer than 10 kids, the remaining game cards and perks still go to your group; no discount applies, but no one goes short either!

Party Schedule & Day-Of

Here is the approximate schedule we recommend to keep things running smoothly: – First 30-45 minutes – Guests arrive and play with ½ the points on their game cards. Drinks, popcorn and appetizers will be available in the room. – Next 30-45 minutes – Pizza and platters and cake are served. – Next 30-45 minutes – For the arcade package, we will load the remaining points on the gamecard from the cloud. For the bowling or golf party we will take everyone from the party room to play and then release the remaining game points onto the game cards from the cloud. – Final 30 minutes- Select prizes, hand out goody bags, say good-bye to guests and check-out. This schedule ensures pizzas arrive on time and all guests are together when food is served.

We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before your party start time to get settled. If you are bringing a cake, you’re welcome to bring it when you arrive.
