How do I book a party?

Super easy! Just hit the “Book Now” button on our party page and follow the steps in our online reservation system. A deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your date and time β€” so don’t wait too long!

What is the deposit amount?

A $150 deposit is due when you book. The remaining balance is calculated based on the actual number of guests who show up, so you only pay for what you use. Easy!

Can I add more guests or items after I’ve already booked?

Absolutely! You can add extra guests, pizzas, goody bags, and other add-ons any time after booking.

Heads up: We’ll give you a call the evening before your party to confirm your final guest count, pizza order, and any add-ons β€” so nothing gets missed!

Can I change my party time after booking?

Yes, time changes can usually be worked out depending on availability. Just shoot us an email as soon as you know and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

What is the latest time slot available for a party?

Our latest available start times are 6:00 PM on Saturdays and 4:30 PM on Sundays. This gives your group at least a full hour of fun after the party before we close for the evening.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Life happens! Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you based on availability.

Is one party package better for a particular age group?

Great question! Here’s a quick guide to help you choose:

Pizza Party (2 hours) β€” Best for ages 4–5. It’s a shorter, more relaxed experience with a smaller, curated set of game cards and a fun bottle of bubbles as the party favor.
Arcade / Golf / Bowl (2.5 hours) β€” Great for older kids who can handle a bit more structure. Keep in mind that bowling requires patience, and our mini golf course is black-light glow-in-the-dark pirate themed β€” some younger children may find it a little overwhelming.

What is the maximum number of guests we can have?

We can accommodate some seriously fun-sized crowds! Here’s the breakdown:

Main party room: Up to 60 children + 40 adults
Blacklight Glow-in-the-Dark room: Up to 32 kids + 20 adults

For very large bowling groups, we may split guests into two rotations β€” don’t worry, we’ll coordinate all the details with you on the day of the event.

Can siblings and extra guests come even if they’re not included in my package?

Absolutely β€” everyone is welcome at City Fun Center! πŸŽ‰ If you have more kids attending than your package covers, you can simply add them on for a small per-person fee. It’s an easy way to make sure no one feels left out.

To keep things running smoothly on the big day, we just ask that you let us know your final guest count a little ahead of time.

Do you have smaller packages for fewer than 10 kids?

Our smallest package, the Pizza Party, is designed for 10 kids and 2 adults. If your group is a little smaller, no worries β€” the package price stays the same, and your guests just get to enjoy even more game cards and fun!

How much do additional adults cost?

Extra adults beyond those included in your package are charged at a small per-person rate. This covers drinks, popcorn, paper goods, and access to our spacious room β€” plenty of room for everyone to celebrate together!

What if we don’t have exactly 10 kids β€” do we get a discount?

Our packages are priced per package, not per child. So if you have fewer than 10 kids, the remaining game cards and perks are still fully enjoyed by your group. No discount, but no one goes short either β€” it’s a win for everyone!

What am I responsible for bringing?

As the party host, you’re in charge of bringing:

The cake (birthday cake, ice cream cake, cupcakes, or donuts β€” your call!), plus a cake knife and candles. Don’t worry about a lighter β€” we’ve got that covered!

If you’d like to bring balloons, we suggest a big number balloon β€” perfect for photos! You’re also welcome to bring your own personal goody bags.

What decorations am I allowed to bring?

We love a beautifully decorated party room! Here’s what’s allowed and what to avoid:

Welcome: Table decorations, balloons, and one banner (taped to the plastic walls with painter’s tape only).
Not allowed: Confetti, crazy string, glitter, or piΓ±atas β€” these are tough to clean up and can affect other parties. Thanks for understanding!

What type of tablecloths do you provide?

We provide solid blue tablecloths that pair beautifully with our themed plates, cups, and napkins. Prefer to bring your own? No problem at all!

Just a heads up: Our tables are an unusual size, so a standard store-bought tablecloth works best as a runner or for the side cake table. Please drop off any linens the night before so we can have everything set up perfectly when you arrive.

Can I bring my own tablecloths and plates?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own linens and tableware to match your party theme. To make sure everything looks perfect when you arrive, we just ask that you drop them off the night before so we can set up ahead of time.

Can I drop off decorations or tableware the night before?

Yes β€” and we actually encourage it! Dropping off your tablecloths, plates, cups, and any dΓ©cor the night before allows our team to have everything set up and looking amazing before your guests even walk in the door.

Can I bring goody bags for the kids?

Absolutely! Goody bags are always a hit. And if you find yourself one or two short on the day, we always keep backup goody bags on hand β€” no stress!

You can also add pre-made goody bags to your order as an add-on if you’d rather skip the DIY prep.

Can I bring outside food to the party?

We want your celebration to be as delicious as it is fun! Here’s the quick breakdown:

Yes, bring the cake! You’re welcome to bring a homemade or store-bought birthday cake β€” including ice cream cakes. The more candles, the better!
All other food and drinks need to come through one of our party packages or add-ons, which are designed to keep things easy and stress-free for you.

Can I bring fruit or snacks for the kids?

Unfortunately, outside snacks and food items aren’t permitted β€” with the exception of the birthday cake. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We offer a variety of delicious add-ons including popcorn, pitchers of soda, and extra pizza to keep everyone happy and fueled up.

My child has a dairy and gluten allergy β€” can I bring a special food item for them?

Yes, absolutely! We understand how important dietary needs are. You’re welcome to bring a specific food item for a child with allergies, while the rest of your guests enjoy the pizza included in your package.

Just let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is ready and your child is taken care of!

Is pizza automatically calculated based on the number of guests?

Yes! Pizza quantities are based on your package guest count. If you have extra adults joining the fun, you can easily add additional pizzas as an add-on β€” no one goes hungry at City Fun Center!

We offer two crowd-pleasing options: cheese and pepperoni. We’ll confirm your pizza preferences during our call the evening before your event so everything is hot and ready for the big day!

When should I arrive on the day of the party?

We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before your party start time to get settled in and get your bearings. If you’re bringing a cake, feel free to bring it along when you arrive!

What is the typical party schedule?

Here’s the flow we recommend to keep the party running smoothly and everyone smiling:

First 30–45 min β€” Play time! Guests arrive and start playing with half their game card points. Drinks, popcorn, and appetizers will be available in the party room.
Next 30–45 min β€” Food time! Pizza, platters, and cake are served. Time to sing, eat, and celebrate!
Next 30–45 min β€” More fun! Remaining game card points are loaded. Bowling and golf groups head out to play at this stage.
Final 30 min β€” Wrap up! Pick prizes, hand out goody bags, say your goodbyes, and check out. See you next time! πŸŽ‰

Can you host private group events (not birthday parties)?

Yes! City Fun Center is a fantastic venue for corporate parties, team meet-ups, school groups, and more. For larger or special events, we may be able to close the venue to the public so your group has the whole place to yourselves!

Can outside catering be used for group events?

Outside catering is permitted for private events only β€” meaning when City Fun Center is closed to the public for your exclusive use. If the venue is open to other guests during your event, outside food is not allowed.

How is pricing structured for group and corporate events?

Group event pricing is typically charged per person with a minimum guest count. The best setup depends on whether your group will be paying individually or as one. Reach out with your event details and we’ll put together a custom quote just for you!
